Living wages in first tier

The brand’s 2023 impact report set a target to ensure living wages are paid in its first tier suppliers by 2025. First tier suppliers are the direct factories or manufacturers the brand works with. A living wage means pay that should cover basic needs, not just the legal minimum. Good On You says this target exists, but also notes that the brand has not shown enough action further down the supply chain.
