Expanded fund options

Social(k) started with only Calvert Funds, loads waived for plans under $1 million. Today, Social(k) offers funds from all ESG fund companies and adds new options each year as they qualify.

Additional ESG / SRI Resources. Each Fund Company offers resources via their websites. Performance metrics as well as investments and style of investing among other topics. Spend time with each company learning about how they choose their investments and what they do as shareholders of those companies.

Votes on board diversity

Pax World votes against every all-male slate of directors at company annual meetings and against slates that included only one woman. We also urge companies to assure gender balance in their boardrooms.

Filed pay equity proposals

This year, we have expanded our gender advocacy and engagement by adding pay equity to the mix. We have filed three shareholder proposals, at Apple, eBay and Amazon, asking companies to disclose pay ratios by gender and report on programs aimed at eliminating gender pay gaps.
