We can proudly say that we are B Corp in Spain’s first accommodation and the second in Europe, which certifies our compliance with the highest standards in terms of social and environmental performance, transparency and corporate responsibility.

We are a CO2 neutral building (ZEROCO2 Certificate). since 2019.

The energy we use is 100% renewable (cye-energy).

We are committed to the Circular Economy and the 3R model: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (dual-use decoration, bulk products...).

Local sourcing and hiring

We prioritise local products and services, with the aim of fostering the local economy, promoting the authenticity of the region and reducing the negative impacts of freight transport. We prioritise hiring local staff and as far as possible people at risk of social exclusion.

Tree planting donations

We donate €5 to the Reforesta association for the planting of trees if the client waives the room arrangement service. We have planted more than 1,000 trees since 2018.

Water-saving research

We are collaborating with the Surrey University of Research in Guildford, England, on a project to raise awareness and save water in showers.

Staff inclusion measures

Thanks to Fundación Síndrome de Down we offer the opportunity to work to people with intellectual disabilities (currently 8% of the workforce). 78% of middle management are women. All staff have permanent contracts. All staff have health and life insurance.

We are an official member of "The Code. Org - We protect children from Sex Tourism" and have signed a commitment to comply with the criteria of the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism.
