Polo Ralph Lauren Sustainability Commitments
2030
Cut emissions by 30%
Ralph Lauren says its current science-based target is to reduce emissions by 30% from its FY20 baseline by 2030. Science-based means the target is meant to match climate science and the Paris Agreement. The company said this goal will stay central while it uses rolling five-year greenhouse gas reduction milestones instead of a single long-term net-zero target.
2030
Timeless by Design 2030
The company’s next phase of sustainability work is called Timeless by Design 2030. It says this five-year plan will focus on four pillars: Partner for Impact, Protect Natural Resources, Engage & Enable Teams, and Care for Communities. Ralph Lauren says it will report progress annually and use the plan to guide work across its value chain, which means the full chain from raw materials to finished products and beyond.
2025
Reach sustainable material goals
Ralph Lauren said it planned to achieve 100% sustainably sourced key materials by the end of 2025. The Commons Earth noted that the company had reported progress toward this goal. The brand also said it would keep expanding lower-impact materials and circular product work, including recycled and certified inputs.
