Launched DEI programme

Through its 10-year DEI Programme and Social Impact Fund, MRA is actively reshaping access to coaching and delivering measurable social and environmental impact.

Opened coaching to under-represented groups

In 2022 they embarked on a mission to open up coaching, with the aim of training 100 coaches from under-represented groups over the next 10 years, all funded by MRA.

Revised programme materials

As well as training the new coaches to Level 5, the feedback from the cohorts and, indeed, broader society means that Matthew Radley Associates is also revisiting all the materials used throughout their programmes. Reference materials have been traditionally non-representative but that is now also changing. New podcasts, new source references, and new perspectives are now incorporated throughout the Matthew Radley Associates programmes.
