What do our labels mean?

Loyco states that sustainable development is at the heart of its strategy and performance. The company has been a member of the B Corp community since 2015 and says it was the first certified company in Switzerland. Its approach covers governance, employees, community, environment and clients, with work on local sourcing, volunteer activity, responsible mobility, waste recycling, and sustainability support services. Loyco also uses the B Impact Assessment tool and has published environmental and purchasing documents to structure its approach.

Since 2015, we’ve been a member of the B Corp community – and notably the first certified company in Switzerland! B Corp-certified companies meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and legal responsibility. In 2023, we submitted our 4th certification and are currently in the audit process.

By 2030, we will integrate social and environmental performance indicators into 40% of our administrative services, reinforcing the sustainability of the solutions we offer our customers.

By 2030, we will reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 50% (Scope 1, 2 & 3), following a trajectory in line with the ambitions of the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative and validated by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE).

By 2028, we will achieve equitable gender representation in 100% of key roles and ensure an inclusive, safe and discrimination-free working environment.
