Cut scope 1 and 3 emissions
Leo Workwear says it is working toward a 42% reduction in scope 1 and 3 emissions by 2030. Scope 1 means direct emissions from things the company owns or controls, and scope 3 means indirect emissions across the wider supply chain. The target is part of its wider path to net zero.

Reach net zero by 2050
Leo Workwear says it has a 2050 net zero target. Net zero means cutting emissions as much as possible and balancing any remaining emissions with removals or offsets. The company says it is using vehicle changes, supplier checks, solar options, and better product data to support that goal.

The LEO Foundation says it is guided by 2030 ambitions and wants to be recognised for encouraging climate transition. It also says it will further develop investment management activities to support the climate transition and build a clearer, data-driven understanding of its carbon footprint.
