Science-based emissions cuts
La Vie en Rose Group says its target was approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a group that checks company climate goals against science. Under Administration LVER Inc., it plans to cut absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 63% by 2035 from a 2023 base year. Scope 1 and 2 cover direct emissions from its own operations and energy use.

Lower Scope 3 emissions
The company also plans to reduce Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 66.3% per unit sold by 2035 from a 2023 base year. Scope 3 means emissions from the wider value chain, such as materials, transport, and manufacturing. This is a more complex target because it depends on suppliers and product volumes.
