Cured Meats – Developing nitrate-free curing methods with UK suppliers, while prioritising animal welfare and full traceability.

Regenerative potato partnerships

Potato – Building long-term partnerships with regenerative farmers to support soil health, biodiversity, and climate resilience.

Parsley farming changes

Parsley – Going beyond LEAF Marque standards to embrace regenerative farming, reducing chemical use and enhancing biodiversity.

Rice supplier standards

Rice – Seeking certified suppliers and exploring the Sustainable Rice Platform to support water conservation and farmer livelihoods.

UK onion grower relationships

Onion – Strengthening farm-to-fork relationships with UK growers focused on sustainable practices, biodiversity, and fewer chemical inputs.
