Bighams Sustainability Profile

Charlie Bigham’s presents sustainability as part of its sourcing and community activity. In 2024, it identified a “Baker’s Dozen” of 13 key ingredients to focus its sustainable sourcing efforts over the coming years, with projects already underway on coconut, cured meats, potato, parsley, rice and onion. The company says it is working with responsible suppliers, UK growers and regenerative farmers, and is seeking certified suppliers for rice. It also reports community giving through food charities, including £1 million donated since 2015, and describes itself as a proud B Corp.
