Annual DEI survey

Bassike values diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the community and workplace and the brand is actively working to support organisation-wide DEI so all stakeholders feel valued, respected and represented. As part of this commitment, Bassike conducts an annual employee engagement survey to understand the sentiments of the team.

Local manufacturing focus

Bassike is deeply committed to building long-term relationships with valued suppliers, makers and workers to help support the localised economy in areas they work and live.
