Yomoni Sustainability Actions

Launched responsible investment

The starting point was life insurance, giving clients the choice between an ESG and a non-ESG profile. With the democratization of ESG criteria in ETFs, Yomoni was able to go further in its approach. In 2021, Yomoni began to have broader ranges of ESG ETFs, replicating equity and bond indices covering an increasing number of regions and sectors, which allowed it to create model portfolios and launch its responsible investment.

Made funds ESG in 2023

In 2023, two of Yomoni’s three funds became ESG and obtained the SRI label in March. All PERs and ordinary securities accounts became ESG, without leaving a choice this time. Yomoni decided that its funds in which clients’ PERs and CTOs were invested would be ESG.

Became a B Corp

Yomoni became a B Corp in November 2023. Among the initiatives: the only means of transport reimbursed are those of soft mobility, such as public transport and trains; no plane for business travel or seminars; priority choices of partners who are also B Corp; and environmentally friendly goodies.

Promotes ESG education

For life insurance, Yomoni gives its customers the choice, allowing each to make their own decisions. In its communications, the company incorporates a significant amount of education on ESG issues to raise awareness. It tries to promote ESG and explain what it is, how the indices are constructed, and related topics.
