On 07 August 2020, Wilton London announced that it was now a Certified B Corp. It said the process was rigorous and looked at every aspect of the business to make sure B Corps are considering people and the environment in just about every aspect of their operation.

Business and products carbon neutral

As of May 2022, Wilton London said its business and liquid laundry range are carbon neutral. It stated that it has calculated, reduced and offset the greenhouse gas emissions its business creates, and that it has measured and offset the carbon emissions created by some of its products, starting with its liquid laundry products.

Made in the UK

Wilton London says all of its products are made in the UK. It says this helps keep carbon emissions down by reducing the distance products travel, and helps create high quality jobs for the community where it sells its products.

Recycled PET packaging

Wilton London says it uses plastic recycled PET packaging for its liquid products. It also says it avoids using unnecessary plastic, and that online orders are shipped without plastic.

Bulk boxes and refills

Wilton London says its botanical laundry liquids and fabric conditioners are available in 4 litre Bulk Boxes. It states that the Bulk Boxes use 80% less plastic, 50% less transport space and are 100% recyclable. It also says it has refill stations available at eat17 Hackney and Almond & Co Westbourne.
