Certified as a B Corp

We felt, that certifying as a B Corp organisation would help us leverage a great framework to accelerate the change we wanted to make and have an impact by using Waggle Design as a force for good. These are our Impact Area scores when we certified in February 2024.

Composting and recycling

We were already taking the orange peelings and tea bags home for the compost, sorting out the soft plastic and paper recycling, proactively seeking environmentally better supplies and instilling a sustainable culture.

The B Impact Assessment has embedded the 5 impact areas into our business strategy, values, culture and engagement initiatives.

Supporting local schools with careers guidance. Providing local student work experience and shadowing.

Our scores were attributed to our virtual office stewardship, environment policies, monitoring our energy usage and recycling practices.

We demonstrated positive impact in DEI with 50% female workforce including leadership, local ownership, charitable giving and screening our suppliers on their ESG practices.
