Launched Impact Kit

The Impact Kit is an end-to-end solution designed by Volies to help companies and organizations build or evolve their corporate volunteering programs in a structured, strategic, and measurable way. It includes practical tools, guides, templates, and ready-to-use resources, along with expert support to ensure proper implementation.

Validated INECO reports

Since 2019, Volies has been validating INECO’s Social Action reports after checking the data of all its activities with the social entities with which it collaborates. In addition to checking the veracity of the data, Volies carries out a qualitative analysis to identify the company’s main impacts.

Expanded in Colombia

During its first year in Colombia, Volies designed corporate volunteering strategies for WOM and Bancolombia, implemented organisational strengthening programmes for NGOs with Fundación Bolívar Davivienda, and evaluated the impact of volunteer actions with Comfama. It also participated in the operation of Bancolombia’s volunteer programme.

Published impact figures

Volies reported that more than 42,715 volunteers participated in initiatives driven together with companies, contributing over 366,040 hours of volunteering. It reached more than 221,710 direct beneficiaries, worked in more than 40 countries alongside 400 NGOs and 65 companies, and launched Volies North America.

Supported corporate volunteering

Volies coordinates more than 1,000 volunteering and/or social action initiatives for over 70 companies, in collaboration with 400 social organizations across more than 40 countries, mobilizing around 43,000 people annually and directly benefiting about 294,000 others.
