We believe sustainability starts with how we operate ourselves. We therefore hold our own organization to the same sustainability, governance, and ethical standards that we expect from our portfolio companies. We measure our carbon footprint and take practical steps to reduce it, including encouraging sustainable mobility, and making more responsible choices in our daily operations.

At Vendis, we work hands-on with our portfolio companies to translate sustainability ambition into action. Together, we develop tailored sustainability roadmaps and ensure focus on the topics that truly matter for long-term value creation. Once priorities are defined, companies gain access to our Future Fit Program, a practical toolkit designed to strengthen sustainability performance across both current and future investments.

Tracks ESG performance

Progress is actively monitored through regular check-ins, where we review milestones, address challenges, and refine priorities where needed. Portfolio company performance is tracked using a set of quantitative and qualitative sustainability indicators, ensuring accountability, comparability, and continuous improvement over time.
