Launched ESG strategy

In mid-2022, Uncommon launched its ESG strategy, which lays out its 5-year plan across five main areas of focus: climate, sustainability, suppliers, our people, and our members.

Achieved BREEAM accreditations

Uncommon said that 4 of its buildings are now BREEAM certified, with Holborn targeting Excellent In-Use. It also said it achieved BREEAM accreditations for 4 buildings in 2024.

Developed supplier code of conduct

Uncommon said it developed a comprehensive supplier code of conduct and is rolling it out through workshops, assessments and ongoing engagement with core suppliers to collect ESG related data and drive Scope 3 emissions reduction.
