TPXimpact Sustainability Actions

Published 2024 Sustainability Report

As part of our commitment to radical transparency and robust reporting, we are thrilled to publish and share our 2024 Sustainability Report. The report provides an overview of our ongoing work and dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices for the year ending 31st March 2024. We have also prepared our FY24 report following Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.

Reduced carbon intensity

Carbon intensity reduced by 15% per £1m revenue through operational efficiencies and responsible procurement, lowering our carbon footprint while continuing to grow.

Powered offices with renewable electricity

All offices powered by 100% renewable electricity. We’ve ensured that all the electricity used across our offices comes from renewable sources, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.

Improved MSAT score

Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT) score improved from 43% to 91%. Strengthening our procurement practices has led to a significant improvement in oversight.

Paid historic carbon debt

TPXimpact was born from the coming together of multiple organisations, and as part of that move, we committed to paying back the historic emissions debt of all previous companies by March 2023. We donated the resulting £100,000 to an investment portfolio of high-impact carbon reduction and removal projects. We have also since added £25,300 to this investment to account for our FY23 carbon output.
