The Green Buildings Tool software is capable of automatically running through real estate portfolios and testing them against the Green Bond Criteria. This means it can be used to analyse large portfolios all at once, so users can immediately see which real estate is suitable for issuing green bonds. The tool has already helped to issue more than 100 billion euros in green bonds for major companies.

Low-carbon building assessment

The Building Emission Assessment Tool (BEAT) is described as a user-friendly, open-access Life Cycle Carbon Assessment (LCCA) tool designed to support the transition toward low-carbon buildings in India. It evaluates the carbon footprint of buildings across their entire lifecycle, from material extraction and construction to operation and end-of-life, and includes a localized material database with over 250 Indian regional building materials.
