Operating as a Certified B Corp

In February 2014, Talent Nation became the first recruitment company to achieve Certified B Corporation status as one of the 42 Founding B Corps in Australia and New Zealand. The company says the B Corp certification requires a high level of accountability, transparency and performance, and that it has operated as a sustainable and ethical business.

Published remuneration reports

Talent Nation says its FY26 ESG, Environment & Sustainability Remuneration Report is the 6th edition of the report. It states that more than 1,500 professionals contributed data, and that the report is available to the public for a small donation to its charity One Girl. The company also says it publishes the most comprehensive remuneration report in the region for this sector.

Talent Nation says it has worked with more than one-third of the ASX100 and has experience supporting listed, private, government and NGO clients across Australia and New Zealand.
