D&I in Grocery partner

As a Grocery SME Partner for D&I in Grocery, we champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring that everyone within our company and the industry feels valued and respected. The D&I in Grocery program is split into three main areas: Shared learning (Learning Labs), mentoring and the Grocery Live event. As part of our Grocery Aid membership, we join over 90+ partners on a 12-month programme, where businesses can come together to discuss and progress their D&I efforts.

Mental Health First Aiders

Here at Tactical Solutions, we prioritise the mental health of our colleagues. We support their health and well-being through our trained Mental Health First Aiders programme. This initiative ensures that our team members have the resources and support they need to thrive – both personally and professionally.

onHand community involvement

Our dedication to community engagement is demonstrated through our involvement with onHand, further solidifying our commitment to making a positive impact beyond business borders. Through our onHand partnership, we actively engage in community service and volunteer efforts, making a tangible difference in the lives of those around us. Thanks to the hard work of our colleagues (who have to date completed 13,500+ actions), we’ve reduced a massive 100 MT+ of CO2e emissions! Additionally, we have also planted a huge 6,300+ trees.

Dave Rees Training Grant

The Dave Rees Training Grant was founded in 2019 in loving memory of Sales Director Dave Rees, who passed away unexpectedly in 2018. As part of the initiative, we encourage our colleagues to apply for a £500 grant to support their training endeavours. It has been an excellent way to continue Dave’s legacy and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Our data & tech maximise efficiency, but it also minimises commercial and environmental impacts. We’ll also run time in motions in-store ahead of the activity to eliminate any issues before they become problems.
