smol Sustainability Actions

Launched in 2018

smol launched a cleaning revolution in 2018 because we believed there was a better way and we’ve been rethinking the old ‘rinse & repeat” cycle ever since.

Reduced plastic and chemicals

washes powered by smol have saved 2,991 tonnes of plastic 6,780 tonnes of chemicals 37,428 tonnes of carbon 116 tonnes of animal fat 5,727,339 litres of water shipped

Donated washes

washes powered by smol have saved ... 4,279,828 washes donated

Reusable refill format

Try using reusable spray bottles with refill tabs rather than regular purchases of bottles of kitchen/ bathroom spray etc. Not only does this reduce waste but carbon footprint is also reduced through reduced lifetime materials input and reduced transport of bulkier and heavier goods. Refill tabs are posted in card packaging (no plastic wrap) that fits through a letter box and the tab packets are compostable.
