Smiths is proud to have external validation on its sustainability approach from ESG ratings agencies including MSCI and ISS. Smiths has an AAA rating.

ISS Prime rating

An ISS Corporate rating is an independent assessment of our environmental, social and governance performance, evaluating how well we manage sustainability risks and opportunities, also assessing the breadth and transparency of sustainability disclosure. We have a Prime rating.

Foundation grants awarded

Smiths Group Foundation awards grants to charitable organisations aligned with our purpose in STEM education, safety and environmental sustainability. We have awarded £1.675m in two years.
