Pro bono coaching support

Ruebik launched a pro bono version of their signature executive coaching service, Velocity, amid the Covid-19 pandemic. It launched the Survival Surgery in response to the one-size-fits-all wellbeing programming currently available to leadership teams. The Survival Surgery offers a complimentary one-hour coaching session with one of Ruebik’s roster of diverse and experienced executive coaches.
