Rossignol Group presents sustainability as part of its strategic plan, Ascension 2026, linking economic growth with social and environmental commitments. Introduced recyclable ski design

The all-new Rossignol Essential ski, designed to be easily recycled. Available in limited quantities in France in October ’22, the Essential was developed using the simplest and fewest amount of raw materials: Eco-design incorporating 62% recycled, bio-based and labelled natural materials. Thanks to its exclusive manufacturing process this ski will deliver ultimate recyclability of more than 75%.

Adopted Net Zero Cloud

Rossignol is adding an environmental focus to its partnership to track its carbon footprint with Net Zero Cloud. Net Zero Cloud will allow the company to assess and monitor its carbon footprint and track direct emissions (Scope 1), indirect emissions linked to electricity and heat consumed (Scope 2), as well as indirect emissions from the company’s supply chain (Scope 3).

Joined 1t.org

Rossignol also joins the 1t.org initiative as a corporate pledger. From this season onward, for every pair of skis sold online by Rossignol, one tree will be planted by the Rossignol Group and another one by Salesforce.

Set Ascension 2026 plan

Rossignol recently unveiled a new strategic plan entitled « ASCENSION 2026, » a step toward a more virtuous model, and implemented a four-season diversification strategy. The group announced industrial and environmental investments through the use of renewable energy, lifecycle management including repairability, second hand, second life and recyclability.

With Ascension 2026, the Rossignol Group is committing to a dedicated and responsible model based on its new corporate principle, “Carve movements of sustainability and human potential.” The aim of the new plan will be to carry the group’s strategy from the core of its industrial assets to its innovations to enable the development of sports activities in the mountains in an inclusive and environmentally friendly way.

€50 million investment plan

The group announced an investment package totaling €50 million until 2026, of which €27 million will be for industrial investments (including €15 million related to its environmental improvement program “Respect”).

Plant 100,000 trees

Rossignol has also announced becoming a contributor to 1t.org, an organization dedicated to reforesting the planet to help preserve biodiversity and contribute to its sustainable development objectives. These new commitments will lead to Rossignol planting more than 100,000 trees by 2030.
