Ron Dorff Sustainability Actions

Used recycled materials

Whenever possible, we make sure that the fabrics we use are recycled and can be easily recycled in the future. Recycled polyester in our swimwear, recycled wool in our knitwear, recycled paper in our shopping bags and online boxes are only some examples.

Kept production close to home

We always source suppliers as close as possible to our warehouse outside Paris. 80% of our production is made in Europe : in France, Portugal and Spain. All production is transported by train or by truck.

Used disclosed transport partners

RON DORFF only works with transportation partners who are able to disclose the carbon footprint of freights and we are actively working on reducing the environmental impact of transport. For France we work with Colissimo, the subsidiary of the French Post, and for the rest of the world exclusively with DHL.

Applied labour code for suppliers

As for our suppliers outside the EU, they all adhere to our global code of labour practices for suppliers. The code stipulates minimum requirements for working conditions based on the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and UN principles. This includes the right of all workers to join trade unions, the right to a living wage, reasonable hours of work, safe working conditions and a legally binding employment contract. Child labour and all forms of discrimination are strictly banned.

Promoted transparent supply chains

Through transparency we can ensure that customers know how all of our products are manufactured.
