Its responsibility content focuses on product durability, supply chain relationships, waste, water and carbon reduction, community support through the Regatta Foundation, and reporting on emissions. Regatta Professional also states targets for recycled polyester content and sustainable fibres in products and packaging.

Regatta Sustainability Actions

Reduced recycled polyester use

Currently, over 40% of the polyester we use is recycled, and we work only with GRS-certified fabric mills to achieve this.

Launched recycled polyester range

In 2020, we launched a range of products made from 100% recycled polyester fibres, sourced from Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified fabric mills.

Supported a school in Bangladesh

For over 10 years the Regatta Group have supported a primary school in the rural Savar area of Dhaka Bangladesh. The school offers 260 children a safe learning environment, hot meals every day, access to an education and a chance to reach their very best potential.

Ran health programme in factories

In our factories in Bangladesh we run a Health and Education Programme, facilitated by a local NGO, educating women on health, hygiene, nutrition and finances in a safe space environment.

Supported community charities

The Regatta Group is proud to support many charities through its Foundation, established so that the brother and sister owners, Keith and Joanne Black could use the resources of their family business to fund like-minded organisations and projects within the surrounding community.
