B Corp certification and recertification

We first became a certified B Corp in 2021 with our score rising from 87.1 to 99.4 in 2024, showing real progress on social and environmental goals.

Million Tree Pledge reached

We’re part of the Million Tree Pledge, which is a group of businesses committed to planting one million trees each by 2030. We hit this pledge in May 2024! The goal is to restore nature and remove more CO₂ than we emit as a business.

Beehives installed in Kenya

After reaching our one million trees milestone, we expanded our mission to support biodiversity and local communities by installing beehives in Kenya. In partnership with Veritree and EarthLungs, we’ve helped establish 50 beehives across the region, now home to an estimated 10 million bees.

Flexible and inclusive workplace

We offer flexible working, including a 4.5-day week and hybrid options, so everyone can do their best work and live life fully. We operate on 100% renewable energy, send zero waste to landfill, and favour ethical, B Corp-certified suppliers. By reporting our carbon footprint openly, we hold ourselves accountable and encourage others to do the same.

Impact reporting and volunteering

We’ve recertified as a B Corp with a higher score, publish a transparent annual Impact Report, and split profits between our people, planet initiatives and a company-wide bonus. Our impact goes beyond our own walls through volunteering, supporting the Brighton B Local group and community partnerships like Dad La Soul and FareShare.
