We have designed Zero Waste Kitchens and specially prepared Zero Waste Menus, and we work with partners and charities to ensure any left over food is put to good use. Over 45 tonnes of CO2 saved since 2020.

Carbon reduction monitoring

We actively monitor every aspect of our business to understand our carbon output, and then get to work to reduce it, in packaging, sourcing and more. We partner with Future Forest to ensure we’re making a positive impact on carbon projects across the UK.

Food donations with City Harvest

Any edible food waste is donated to Marylebone Project and we run a meal for a meal initiative with City Harvest, supporting the provision of meals to underpriviliged families in London.
