Responsible recruitment pledge
In November 2019, Pou Chen signed the Fair Labor Association and American Apparel & Footwear Association Commitment to Responsible Recruitment. The pledge says workers should not pay for their jobs, should get fees refunded, should keep control of their travel documents, and should be told the main job terms in a language they understand. This is a formal promise to reduce forced-labor risk in hiring.

Keep updating factory status
Pou Chen says it will continue updating the status of each manufacturing factory for stakeholders. It also says it will keep improving public disclosure of factory and supplier information. Because the company already uses Open Supply Hub, this commitment appears to be about ongoing transparency work rather than a one-time release.
