Certified B Corporation

Pony Rider describes sustainability as an overarching term covering environmental impact, social justice, and support of economies. Founded in 2009, the brand says it has moved along its “sustainable road” through ethical and sustainable accreditation, B Corp certification, community giveback, and product choices focused on natural fibres, durability, and responsible manufacturing. It states that it works with local and offshore suppliers, partners only with suppliers that support responsible manufacturing practices, and aims to leave “a conscious legacy” that is better than it found it.

Pony Rider Sustainability Actions

B Corp certified

Becoming B Corp certified was such an immense and personal journey. A journey of reflection of the promises we have made over the years to make better choices. A journey of fostering evolution, doing the hard work, and undertaking the rigorous assessment. Meeting the high standards of social and environmental performance, business practice transparency, and accountability to become certified is no easy task.

BSCI certified suppliers

We ensure our factories come with ethical and sustainable accreditation. We're BSCI certified and only partner with suppliers that support responsible manufacturing practices.

Launched The National Project

In 2022 ‘The National Project’ was launched to inspire and draw people into nature by championing projects that aim to protect and preserve our wilderness through ‘The Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife’.

Raised funds for parks

To date we have raised over $55,000.00 dollars for our National Parks from our Inaugural 'Wild For Wilderness' event in 2023, your one-off donations, our fundraising hike, and via our Pony Rider commitment of 1% of all sales from the TNP gear.
