Carbon impact and tree planting

Our target is to operate as a carbon neutral organisation and plant 500 or more trees per year which we have achieved! Our positive climate impact report can be viewed showing our carbon impact of over 50 tonnes of CO2e avoided, 500 trees planted each year through Ecologi.

As a Certified B Corp, PMLogic has demonstrated our commitment to being socially and environmentally responsible, because we are committed to being a force for good in Program Management. We have been assessed by B Lab, the global B Corp standards body, as meeting their high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

Volunteer support for APM

Environmental sustainability strategy

PMLogic supported The Smith Family’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy (ESS), which was developed to fulfil the Environmental Sustainability Commitment in TSF’s Organisational Strategy. The project is driven by TSF’s commitment to be an effective Not-for-Profit and system citizen through incorporating social, environmental and governance (ESG) considerations into decision-making at all levels and actively contributing towards UN Sustainability Development Goal (UNSDG) 12 “Responsible Consumption and Production”.

Baseline ESG framework

In FY24, under Horizon 1: Position, the project introduced baseline metrics across NABERS ratings, carbon offset benchmarks, and a bespoke Employee Environmental Sustainability Survey co-developed with student environmental advocates from the University of Sydney. This survey had a 40% participation rate, capturing workforce sentiment and expectations, and identified existing sustainability practices.

Executive and board approval

To facilitate executive alignment and buy-in, PMLogic developed a “strategy on a page,” a succinct visual tool that enhanced clarity of the ESS and its strategic relevance. This tool was used to secure Executive Group endorsement and Board approval, ensuring support at all levels of governance.
