Launched ARC in 2023

ARC was launched in January 2023, and has since worked with clients to craft tailored ESG strategies that define initiatives that connect to broader organisational strategy. ARC has also facilitated workshops which explore authentic purpose-led business, carbon literacy, and how and why ESG matters- both as a business imperative that delivers better performance, but also as a moral obligation.

Supported B Corp certification

With robust ESG strategies and practices in place, we also help you navigate the B Corp accreditation process, and have been an outsourced B Corp coach to small and medium enterprises, a number which are now proudly B Corp certified.

Co-led B Corp certification

Kirsten Buck, Founder of ARC, has co-led PTHR’s successful B Corp Certification and recertification, was a Co-Chair for B Corps in Scotland for 2 and a half years and contributes to articles about ESG within People teams, regularly. Catalina Ticau has co-led PTHR’s initial B Corp certification and recertification (in 2024) with Kirsten.
