PRI signatory commitment
Pearl Diver Capital says that in April 2020 it became a signatory to the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment. As part of that commitment, it says it will include ESG issues in investment analysis, active ownership, disclosure requests, industry promotion, collaboration, and reporting on progress.
