What do our labels mean?

OnHand is a social and eco impact platform that helps companies engage employees in volunteering, social good, and sustainability action. It provides an app for employees to browse and complete good deeds, and a dashboard for real-time impact measurement, including volunteer hours, trees planted, and CO2e reduced. The platform is used to support CSR and ESG objectives, with missions covering community support, environmental action, and sustainability pledges. Launched impact awards

OnHand is launching the inaugural OnHand Impact Awards 2025. Designed to spotlight the most forward-thinking and impactful businesses in corporate social responsibility (CSR), the awards will recognise companies and individuals making significant contributions across volunteering, DEI, and sustainability initiatives. The awards include 11 categories and are open to entrants globally, covering key CSR areas, from Volunteering Excellence to Best DEI Engagement Initiative and Sustainability Champion.

Tracked CO2e reductions

OnHand helps engage employees with on-demand social impact and sustainability initiatives, with tracked CO2e reductions. The web dashboard provides real-time data for social impact measurement, from CO2e reduced and hours volunteered to trees planted and leaderboards showing which teams and individuals are doing the most good.

Set up with charities

OnHand was set up in collaboration with 8 of the UK's largest charities. Its network of charities makes it simple for employees to connect with opportunities to do good in their local area, including sustainability actions, poverty and homelessness support, befriending phone calls, simple tasks to support the elderly, youth mentoring, crisis support and more.

Launch Impact Awards 2025

OnHand is launching the inaugural OnHand Impact Awards 2025. Companies can submit their entries via the OnHand website from June 5th, with finalists announced in September and winners revealed at a special ceremony later in the year.
