One+All Sustainability Actions

Published first Impact Report

One+All’s first Sustainability Impact Report reveals that "Doing Good" is good for business. We've published our first Sustainability Impact Report, following our B Corporation certification in August 2020. The Impact Report showcases our longstanding commitment to sustainable practices, and highlights our initiatives for people, the community and the planet. As part of B Corp certification, organisations must report annually on their impact on customers, colleagues, community, and the environment.

Became a certified B Corporation

One+All’s sustainability journey began with the introduction of a values-led culture in 2009 and a transition to employee ownership in 2015, culminating with B Corp certification in 2020. To become a B Corp, organisations must achieve a minimum score of 80 - One+All achieved a score of 107.

One+All, a leading supplier of schoolwear, is helping to deliver a summit that will call on business leaders to join a campaign for sustainable business practices. The company has teamed up with Marketing Stockport for the first Sustainability In Action Summit to be held in the town on 6 October 2021.
