Reported emissions across scopes

The brand reports across Scope 1, Scope 2, plus Scope 3. In its latest published ESG reporting available in 2026, it puts total gross emissions at 105,699 tCO2e on a market-based basis. Scope 3 accounts for 98% of total emissions, while Scopes 1 and 2 combined are just under 2%.

Used recycled gold

The brand says it uses exclusively recycled gold sourced from Swiss refiners certified under the Responsible Jewellery Council Code of Practices. It also states that a residual share of gold from artisanal and small-scale mining represents less than 1% of supply, and that mines are identified and audited.

Rolled out supplier engagement

The ESG reporting states that a supplier engagement programme is being rolled out. It says the programme covers approximately 69% of Scope 3 emissions.

Reduced watch box footprint

The ESG reporting says a redesign of watch boxes reduced the carbon footprint per unit from 7.8 kg to 2.1 kg CO2.

Reported waste recycling rate

The ESG report states that the current recycling rate stands at around 60% of total waste streams. It also says plastics collected at Meyrin and Le Brassus are sorted and sent to local partners, with the output turned into new packaging elements.

Managed obsolete IT equipment

The ESG report says obsolete IT equipment is managed with external partners. Part of it is donated to Caritas Vaud, with secure data destruction plus metal recovery.

Used renewable energy at sites

Europa Star reports that all Swiss production sites and headquarters are Minergie-ECO or Minergie certified, and that those Swiss sites are powered with 100% renewable energy. The ESG report also references renewable electricity sourcing and photovoltaic panels across several buildings, with further deployments planned where feasible.
