Charter of Corporate Behavior

NOK Charter of Corporate Behavior was enacted on May 1, 2006 and revised on July 1, 2019. It states that NOK Corporation is committed to being an entity that fulfills the role of driving efforts toward the realization of a sustainable society, while respecting human rights, complying with related laws, regulations and international rules, and discharging its social responsibility with a strong sense of ethical values.
