Published ESG Report 2025

ESG Report 2025. At Nauta, we’re committed to transparency, sustainability, and creating long-term value for our stakeholders. Our 2025 report builds on the findings of our inaugural report in 2024 and shows: YoY ESG progress across the Nauta portfolio - 68% improved amongst companies in the portfolio for 12 months or more. Analysis across all three pillars and how the portfolio performs - strongest in Governance but with promising signs across the board.

Signed the UN PRI

As responsible investors, we strive to follow the best practices when we invest. We have affirmed our allegiance to responsible investment by signing the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment ("UN PRI"). As signatories of the UN PRI, we embrace the following principles: Incorporate ESG aspects in the analysis and investment decision-making processes. Influence our investees to report on ESG aspects that are relevant to them, wherever possible. Promote acceptance and application of the Principles among the venture investment industry. Work with other signatories to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the Principles. Report our activities and progress in implementing the Principles.

Integrated sustainability risks

Nauta Capital VC Partners SGEIC, S.A. (hereinafter, Nauta) is subject to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR). Nauta integrates sustainability risks in its investment decisions and in compliance with its transparency obligations towards its investors and other stakeholders, the detail on the policy of integration of these risks required by Article 3 of the SFDR is described in its Responsible Investment Policy.

Reported portfolio ESG progress

For companies in the portfolio for 12 months or more, 68% of ESG metrics we measured have improved YoY. We met or exceeded 2/3 targets we set last year, missing the ambitious third target by only 4%. Across the other two pillars, there are green shoots of positive change emerging and we'll be pushing this to improve further.
