It’s immensely impressive that our employees have biked over 25,000 miles to and from work in the 2 years since this initiative was introduced.

In our commitment to sustainability, we have partnered with Call-to-Recycle, an e-bike battery recycling program. With the ever-increasing popularity of e-bikes, the proper disposal of their batteries has become crucial. Understanding this need, we have joined hands with Call-to-Recycle to ensure the safe and responsible recycling of e-bike batteries.

Carbon frame repair

Through our partnership with Carbon Bike Specialists, we’re ensuring that damaged carbon frames get a second chance, keeping bikes on the trails and carbon out of landfills. Their expert team begins each repair with an ultrasound scan to detect any underlying damage. If repairs are viable, their engineers meticulously hand-lay premium carbon fiber to restore the frame’s strength and ride quality.

ESG and emissions inventory

Pacific is actively implementing ESG practices, conducting greenhouse gas inventories, and promoting low-carbon manufacturing to achieve its long-term sustainability goals. In 2022, it initiated a greenhouse gas emissions inventory, and in 2023 it achieved ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gas Verification Certification.
