Report under AASB S2

MinRes will report in accordance with the Australian Accounting Standards Board’s newly issued AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures. In preparation, it is working on a project plan to understand the impact of climate on strategy, strengthen climate-related governance, integrate climate-related risks and opportunities into business-as-usual processes, and increase the maturity of data and systems.

The Board has oversight of MinRes’ approach to reporting in line with the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards, with reporting to commence from FY26.
