Data retention rules

The privacy policy states that personal data collected for the purposes indicated will be processed and stored for the duration of the contractual relationship, until the request for deletion of the profile, and for another 10 years after the end of that relationship. Data provided to complete orders for personalised products, such as images and photographs, are kept for the time necessary for processing and are stored for 10 days, after which they are automatically deleted and destroyed.
