Cultural Hub collaborations

At the heart of the practice is the Cultural Hub, a living laboratory where ideas are tested through exhibitions, collaborations, and conversation. Artists, educators, nonprofits, and forward-thinking brands come together to explore new directions in culture and design.

Student housing collaboration

The Mason Studio Cultural Hub presents a live development model in which emerging designers contribute to real-world building outcomes prior to entering the profession. Through a collaboration between Toronto Metropolitan University’s fourth-year interior design cohort, Mason Studio, and HOEM, academic proposals were developed, refined, and advanced toward implementation within an active student housing project.

Light Room activation

The Light Room is described as a new experimental design space created by Mason Studio and VYVYD Lighting within Mason Studio’s Cultural Hub. It is presented as an ongoing exploration into how illumination shapes emotion, ritual, and human connection.
