Lukfook Group says it has established a comprehensive Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) framework and risk management and oversight mechanism, implemented from management level to execution level. Its sustainability statements refer to environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance, with emphasis on sustainable jewellery, responsible sourcing, equal opportunities, employee well-being, stakeholder engagement and community development. The Group also says it has expanded green finance initiatives to support renewable energy development and energy-saving technologies, and has set greenhouse gas emission reduction and energy-saving targets for FY2029/30. It has received ESG-related recognition for disclosure, social innovation and governance performance.

Awarded HKQAA ESG Connect Mark

It has been awarded the “HKQAA ESG Connect Program” Mark by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency. This accolade recognises the Group’s proactive disclosure of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) information and its efforts to strengthen engagement with stakeholders. The Group actively fosters equal opportunities in the workplace, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and fully supports community development.

Won TVB ESG social award

The Group has received the “ESG Social Innovative Technology Award” at the TVB ESG Awards 2025, recognising its outstanding achievements in applying innovative technologies, and contribution to promoting sustainable development in society. It said it integrates ingenious craftsmanship with innovative technologies in product design, optimises supply chain management and applies artificial intelligence technology to boost productivity.

Received ESG excellence recognition

The Group has once again been awarded the “Honourable Mention for ESG Excellence (Hang Seng Composite Index Constituent Companies)” at the “Hong Kong Corporate Governance and ESG Excellence Awards”. It said it has established a comprehensive risk management and oversight mechanism, aimed at fully realising its commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.
