ESG governance framework

Lorna Jane maintains a formal ESG governance framework to ensure accountability and oversight of human rights and environmental sustainability across our supply chain. Day-to-day responsibility for the implementation of Lorna Jane’s supply chain human rights and environmental sustainability policies sits with the ESG function. The ESG Manager oversees the development, implementation, monitoring and escalation of ESG risks across the supply chain. Lorna Jane’s Board retains ultimate oversight of supply chain human rights and environmental sustainability risks.

Modern slavery due diligence

ESG matters form part of the company’s governance and risk management processes, with periodic updates provided to the Board on supply chain risks, modern slavery due diligence, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Material ESG risks and serious supply chain issues are escalated to the Board as required. The Board reviews and approves relevant ESG-related disclosures, including the company’s Modern Slavery Statement and other sustainability communications.
