Energy-saving initiatives

To reduce energy consumption, we have implemented a series of corporate policies that promote environmental responsibility while maintaining a comfortable and productive workplace. We are progressively replacing conventional lighting with LED fixtures to enhance energy efficiency. Lighting is also partially switched off during lunch hours and after office hours to minimise unnecessary usage.

Supported Earth Hour

We actively support WWF Hong Kong’s Earth Hour campaign by switching off lights on our outdoor advertising billboards, reinforcing our commitment to collective climate action.

Launched rinse-free recycling

The “Green is Eternal” rinse-free recycling program for fragrance and skincare cosmetics was launched in April 2026 in collaboration with The Loops Hong Kong, a Hong Kong recycling start-up. Supported by advanced technology, the initiative enables customers to recycle without rinsing their bottles.

Employee Assistance Program

To foster an inclusive and supportive workplace, we joined hands with Hong Kong Family Welfare Association to launch the Employee Assistance Program, providing professional support for employees’ social and mental wellbeing.

Health and wellness activities

Eternal Wellness Retreat and Gala was hosted in March 2026 at Macao, offering diverse wellness activities that encouraged employees to relax, recharge, and reconnect. We also organise health check programmes to help employees better understand and proactively manage their health.

Caring Company recognition

For six consecutive years, we have been recognised by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service under the Caring Company Programme, affirming our commitment to responsibility, compassion and impact. We have also attained the ESG Care Badge awarded by the Institute of ESG and Benchmark.

Fragrance White Paper

We also publish the Fragrance White Paper annually, providing statistics and insights for both industry participants and the public. By clarifying market dynamics and consumer trends, we contribute to the sustainable, long-term development of the fragrance sector as a whole.
