Recycled plastic cards

We're Aotearoa's first bank to use recycled plastic in all our cards. That's more than 2,000kgs plastic waste being recycled into our cards per year. Our cards have increased accessibility to help people with different abilities.

Operational emissions reduced

We've been working to reduce our operational emissions since 2018. These are the emissions we generate by doing business, and exclude our financed emissions. In 2025, we've reduced our emissions by 32% against a 2021 base year.
