Gender balance by 2030

Firetrail says it has pledged support for ASX300 companies to reach gender balance in executive leadership teams by 2030 through the 40:40 Vision initiative. The target is 40% women, 40% men, and 20% any gender. This is a future-facing commitment tied to leadership diversity, which is part of the social side of ESG. It is a pledge to support progress, not a guarantee that the target has already been met.
