John Holland said in its sustainability page that it was working to increase Black Dog Mental Health training for managers from 75% to 95% in 2022. This is a time-bound commitment to improve workplace mental health awareness. Black Dog Mental Health training is a program that helps people spot and respond to mental health challenges at work.
