JG King Homes Sustainability Commitments

All standard homes at 8 Star

JG King Homes says it will build all standard home designs to an 8 Star energy efficiency level. It presents this as a company-wide shift, not just a one-off project. The company says the homes can still be delivered at no extra cost, although the final rating can depend on design choices and orientation. This is a future-facing commitment because it describes the standard the company says it is now rolling out across its range.
